Job description
Aspire People is recruiting a Year 2 Class Teacher for a friendly and supportive primary school located in North Manchester, easily accessible from M8, M9, and M40.The school has a strong community feel, supportive leadership, and well-established routines, making it a great environment for both ECTs and experienced teachers.
The Role:
* Full class responsibility for a Year 2 cohort
* Planning and delivering engaging KS1 lessons
* Preparing pupils for KS2 transition
* Assessing progress and adapting teaching accordingly
* Working closely with TAs and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* Confident, organised, and nurturing teaching style
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
