New supply teaching opportunitiesAre you a passionate and creative Year 1 teacher looking for a rewarding short-term opportunity? We're seeking an inspiring educator to join our friendly school in Rugby, Warwickshire, for two days a week from April to July. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact on young learners' lives while bringing your energy, ideas, and love of teaching to a welcoming, supportive environment.
What would the role entail?
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 1.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
* Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to support their development.
* Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of pupils, promoting positive behaviour and resilience.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
What do you require?
* QTS
* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* In date safeguarding training
* A minimum of 2 years UK teaching experience
* 2 references that cover your last 2 years of employment
