About the Role:
Aspire People are working with a welcoming primary school in Telford to recruit a passionate and motivated Year 1 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners in a supportive and friendly environment.
What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons for Year 1 pupils.
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
Support pupils' personal, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school community.
Maintain effective communication with parents and carers.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (ETCS welcome).
Enthusiasm and passion for teaching young children.
Strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and early years learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to professional development.
