One of our lovely Primary School's located in Lichfield is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to start from Easter until the end of the academic year. This role involves is working within Year 1 class on a 1:1 basis with a child with SEN needs. This is a full-time role 8:30am - 3:45pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing individual support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in their education.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
* Helping to assess students' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school.
