A Welsh medium primary school in Monmouthshire is looking for a dedicated and caring Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to join their team from June. The school prides itself on creating a nurturing environment, where both pupils' academic growth and well-being are at the heart of everything they do.
Your role will include:
Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Providing one-to-one support for individual pupils
Leading small group work to help children develop their skills
Fully participating in school activities, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Ideally, you will have:
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children in a Welsh-medium setting
Passion and commitment to supporting pupils' well-being and learning outcomes
Fluent Welsh-speaking skills to work effectively with pupils and staff
