Job description
Aspire is recruiting for an enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the M40 area of Manchester. This role is perfect for individuals with hands-on school experience who are eager to continue supporting children's learning without needing a formal TA qualification.Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
Work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, helping them access the curriculum.
Assist with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy activities.
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning experiences.
Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils with additional needs under the guidance of teaching staff.
Requirements:
Experience working in a UK primary school within the last 2 years (essential).
Passionate about supporting children and helping them progress.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
No formal teaching assistant qualification needed - just the right experience and attitude.
