Secondary schools across Shropshire are seeking Unqualified Teachers or Instructors for long-term placements starting January. This is ideal for graduates, career changers, or individuals looking to gain classroom experience before training to become a teacher.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons under the guidance of teaching staff
Support learning across KS3 and KS4
Maintain classroom behaviour and engagement
Assist with marking, assessment, and feedback
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification
Experience working with children or young people
Confident in a classroom setting
