Salary: Unqualified Teacher (Inner London Pay Scale) £27,252 - £39,417
Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive individual to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Greenwich as an Unqualified Maths Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and supporting students with additional learning needs, and a strong desire to help them reach their full potential in Mathematics.

Unqualified Maths Teacher - key responsibilities:
* Support students in small group and one-on-one settings, tailoring teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
* Teach a range of mathematics topics to students at different levels, ensuring lessons are engaging, accessible, and challenging.
* Promote a positive learning environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff, support staff, and senior leaders to track students' progress and provide targeted support.
* Use a variety of teaching resources and strategies to support the diverse needs of students.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and carers about student progress and well-being.
* Ensure a high standard of classroom management in line with the school's policies.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Patience, resilience, and the ability to engage students with a variety of needs.
* A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to learn new skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
