Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)? With experience working in an SEN setting?Looking for work to be flexible to your life style?
Aspire People are looking for level 3 Teaching Assistants ( TAS) for day to day supply, full/part time, short/long term contracts and permanent work.
Aspire People have strong partnerships with schools in Loughborough, Leicestershire and we are looking to recruit experienced level 3 Teaching Assistants ( TAs) that are enthusiastic, passionate about education and wanting to make a difference.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants that are happy to work in a classroom to assistant the teacher, 121 support or interventions groups with EYFS/KS1/KS2 students.
The successful Teaching Assistant must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, creative, forth coming, hands on and hard working. They must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environments.
We work with a wide range of schools ranging from mainstream, SEN, academies and independent schools.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- CACHE Level 3
- BA Education Studies

- Be able to adapt to level of ability
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
