Job description
Teaching Assistant's required for schools across Coventry and Warwickshire.The demand for good quality TA's is increasing at a rate where we are struggling to meet the needs of some schools. This is a time where schools are in need of extra support from us as a agency, Schools are looking for main stream class based TA's 1.1 TA support staff that can think on their feet, know what the needs of the children are, be able to use their own initiative. Being a TA is an extremely rewarding job and working across the county allows you to experience a wide range of schools.
The role of a TA is extremely varied and no two days are the same, if you like to be challenged and kept busy then what are you waiting for.
