Job descriptionAspire People are working with a number of Secondary Schools in the Cambridgeshire area seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants/ LSA's who are looking for immediate start permanent positions to meet the high demand in this new academic year.
Having strong relationships with schools in Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire for over 6 years, I can assure you that you will always receive full information about each school and booking prior to any assignment. My aim will be to find you the right school that fits your experience and expectation. I understand that not every school fits all so it is important to match your personality and work ethic to the right schools, therefore I will take regular feedback and work to your criteria.
You will play a key role in engaging and helping each pupil to achieve their potential combining your knowledge of learning, supporting and implementing behaviour/ mentoring strategies when necessary in order to build strong relationships with students. Having SEN experience is beneficial and having Teaching Assistant experience is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants from all levels, SEN support staff, Youth workers or NQT's and soon to be trainees at the beginning of their education career journey.
