We are seeking Teaching Assistants to join secondary schools in Telford for long-term roles. You will work alongside teachers to support students' learning and development, including small group and individual support.
Responsibilities:
Support students in lessons and small group interventions
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and marking
Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement
Support SEND students where appropriate
Requirements:
Previous school or classroom experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, reliable, and professional approach
