What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children, especially in educational settings, is a plus.
Great communication skills and a team spirit are essential.
A genuine love for supporting young learners and helping them grow.
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is great, but not essential.
