Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development in Key Stage 2? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Coventry!About the Role:
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside our talented teachers to help deliver high-quality lessons and provide tailored support to students across a range of subjects. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, encouraging their academic growth and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
Provide one-on-one and group support to students who may require additional help.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help create inclusive learning opportunities.
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and enthusiasm for learning.
Help with classroom management and organization.
Support students in developing their social and emotional skills.
Assist with assessment and record-keeping as required.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
Is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students.
Has excellent communication skills and is able to work effectively as part of a team.
Ideally has experience in a primary school or KS2 setting, though this is not essential.
Is proactive, flexible, and committed to creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
