As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson delivery, helping students with their tasks, providing one-on-one support, and fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons to primary-aged children.
Assist students with their individual learning needs, both in groups and one-on-one.
Help with classroom organization and management.
Encourage positive behaviour and participation.
Provide pastoral care and support to children.
Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities.
