**Experienced Primary Teaching Assistant - No Qualification Required**Supply / Temporary | Aspire People
Aspire People are seeking **experienced Primary Teaching Assistants** for supply work in local primary schools. This role is ideal for candidates who may not hold a formal qualification but have substantial **experience working with children in schools, youth work, or similar roles** within the last 2 years.
**Role Overview:**
* Providing classroom support for teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Supporting 1:1 and small groups in academic tasks and social skills development
* Assisting with behaviour management and ensuring a safe, positive environment
* Supporting lesson delivery and engaging pupils in structured and creative activities
* Observing pupil progress and reporting back to teachers
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Has recent experience working with children in a school, youth work, or childcare environment
* Confident supporting learning and promoting positive behaviour
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to different classrooms and age groups
* A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
