Job description

Aspire People are working on behalf of Primary Schools in the South Birmingham area to assist them in the recruitment of Level 3 Teaching Assistants.

We are currently searching for Teaching Assistants who have direct experience of supporting classes on a general basis whilst also directly working with 1:1 with specific needs. The successful applicant should be available on a full-time basis.

Requirements to be considered for the position, you will have/hold:
NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Childcare Education
Relevant experience in Primary settings
Experience of work on a 1:1 basis
Able to encourage and support a child's development and improve their access to learning
A nurturing and patient attitude
