Job description
Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for work in the Erdington?I am recruiting for a Erdington based primary school looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a long term role starting April 2020- April 2021.
The role will consist of working with a variety of different age groups at the school with number of different teachers. Leading small group work both inside and outside the classroom, with small groups of underachieving children providing extra support to boost levels of achievement. Also, along with some 1:1 work with students that need support children with a variety of special educational needs (SEN) The successful candidate will be expected to involve themselves fully in the school life and ethos.
The school is looking for a team player who would thrive in this role. This passionate team have proven results and work under an equally passionate and supportive senior leadership team.
One the Teaching Assistants that has previously worked at this school said they felt very supported in the role and enjoyed teaching the class and is looking forward to returning back

What we require of you:
*NVQ Level 3
*Enthusiastic and motivated
*Good time keeping skills
*Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum KS1 & 2
*Work on own initiate
*At least 6 months working in a primary school
*A patient and compassionate attitude
