I am recruiting for an Erdington based primary school looking for an experienced Teaching assistant for 2 terms.
You will be working with small groups of underachieving children providing extra support were needed. You may also support children with a variety of mild special educational needs (SEN)
This school is a friendly primary school based in Erdington with a GOOD osted rating. The school has fantastic support network though out the school especially from the head teacher and SNCO leader.
I have been working with this school for over a 10 year period and recruit for both day to day and long term . I have an excellent relationship with the school, and they look for high quality of staff on supply. They regularly ask for teachers/teaching assistants to return they are happy with, this could potentially be the pathway into a permanent position.
Requirements of teaching assistant are:
* Must have a NVQ Level 3 or higher
* Experience of work across key stage 1 and 2
* Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum & SEN
* Must be an engaging, ambitious and caring individual
