Job description
I am looking to recruit experienced teaching assistants for school's in the Rugby area.I have worked with these school's for over 10 years now and have been fortunate enough to have worked closely with the senior management on many of their recruitment needs.
Are you a TA looking to make a difference to children's lives and make their time in school one to remember and an enjoyable experience.
I need TAs who are committed, hard working and enjoy a challenge. The role of a TA is not an easy one, you are part of the support mechanism within the school/classroom and you are making a difference to those who need it most.
I often need TAs doe day to day supply and also long term assignments is this you??
Do you have experience of working 1.1 with children who have additional needs?
Do you have the patience of a saint?
Are you able to commit to the hard work and the time it can take to build a strong relationship with a child?
Do you have the experience of working in a school environment?
