Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1-1 support to a specific student, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans.
Support the student in their social and emotional development.
Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to deliver a cohesive educational experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a 1-1 teaching assistant role or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
