Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant's with UK experience to join our team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational development and well-being of students within various school settings. This position offers the opportunity for both daily and long-term supply placements across Derby and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist with the planning and preparation of learning activities.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) as required.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
Requirements:
Hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a UK school setting.
Possess an Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different educational environments.
Flexibility to work on a daily or long-term supply basis.
