Contract: Long-Term (for the remainder of the academic year)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Telford, UK
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and vibrant school in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to supporting their learning and development in a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in the delivery of the curriculum, helping to facilitate learning activities and ensuring that all students are engaged and supported.
Provide 1:1 and small group support for children who need additional help, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Assist in the preparation of resources and classroom activities to enhance the learning experience.
Help with the management of classroom behavior, promoting a positive and safe environment.
Assist with administrative tasks such as marking, setting up displays, and recording students' progress.
Support children in their social and emotional development, helping them build positive relationships with their peers.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a teaching assistant role or working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
A passionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children, especially those with additional needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different learning environments and needs.
A commitment to supporting children's learning and well-being in a diverse and inclusive classroom.
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
