Aspire People are currently recruiting a Primary School Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive primary school in Telford. This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who is confident supporting pupils across all year groups, including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working within a primary school setting
Be flexible to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Have experience supporting pupils with SEN (1:1 and small groups)
Be patient, caring and resilient
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Support the class teacher with learning, behaviour and classroom routines
