Job description
*Supply Teachers/TAs *Are you a qualified Primary Teacher/TA? Looking for local and flexible work?
Aspire People have been working with school across Derby/Derbyshire for 14 years building a good, and strong working relationships with Primary mainstream and SEN schools.
We have exclusive partnerships with trusts as well as with Primary mainstream and SEN schools across Derby and surrounding areas such as Swadlincote, Long Eaton, Heanor, Burton Upon Trent, and many more
Aspire People are working exclusively with Primary mainstream/SEN Schools that are recruiting for Fully Qualified /Newly Qualified/Early Career Teachers, SEND TAs, Mainstream TAs HLTAs with strong behaviour management, and solid knowledge of the national curriculum.
We have wide range of exciting teaching/TA opportunities such as classroom teacher and Intervention teacher roles as well as daily supply, short/long term contracts and permanent roles.
Aspire People can help find the right role, and school for any teaching opportunities across a wide range of schools, and year groups from EYFS to Year 6.
The successful candidates must have presence in the classroom, demonstrating flexibility/adapting to students learning abilities to achieve the best learning results for each individual student. They must have experience working across year groups from EYFS - KS2 with the ability be able to think on their feet, be creative and engaging creating a changing learning environment. And most importantly be passionate about education and want to make a difference.
We are working with schools that vary from one form entry to three form entry. Providing the successful candidates with a supportive team and environment.

Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
- Overseas Trained Teacher (OTT)
- Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Education Studies
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare studies
- CACHE Level 2 or 3
If you do not hold any relevant qualifications but have over 2 years' experience in a school setting I would still like to hear from you.
