Role:
As a History Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the continuity of learning during the absence of our colleague on maternity leave. Your responsibilities include:
Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and informative history lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring students remain on track with their studies.
Student Engagement: Inspire and motivate students, creating an inclusive learning environment where every individual feels encouraged to participate and excel.
Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide students' progress and development.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the history department and other colleagues to share best practices, contribute to departmental planning, and maintain a cohesive educational approach.
Parental Communication: Keep parents informed about students' progress and well-being, fostering a strong partnership between school and home.
