Teacher of English - key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to students of all abilities across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to support their academic development.
* Contribute to the extracurricular life of the school through activities such as clubs, reading initiatives, and school productions.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
* Support students' personal and social development through a strong pastoral approach.
Teacher of English - requirements:
* An undergraduate degree in English, English Literature, or a related field.
* A UK recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
* A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Experience in teaching English at A Level is desirable.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and improving teaching practice.
