Job description
Do you live in or around Wolverhampton? Do you have a passion for Early Years and have a good working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum?I am working with a Nursery school in the Wolverhampton area who are recruiting for a nursery teacher to work full time. The role is to start in ASAP and will continue till July 2025. This role will involve working 5 days a week from 8:15 through to 16.15, term time only.
The nursery school offer a creative, stimulating balance of child initiated and adult led activities and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. They are committed to outdoor learning, with our large, varied outdoor space being freely accessible to children.
The children are divided into small groups of children where they have the support of a key worker, who are the main link between child, family and the nursery. Their learning environment enables and empowers children to become independent learners and thinkers, who are able to communicate clearly and sociably with others.
The successful candidate must:
* Hold a valid QTS.
* Be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* You must also be able to consistently deliver and plan rich learning opportunities.
* Be proficient in numeracy and literacy.
* Have experience teaching in a nursery environment.
Both newly qualified teachers and teachers with previous experience are both advised to apply for this role.
