Job description
Are you a retired police officer, support worker or ex-military looking for a new challenge which is extremely rewarding?I am working for a school in Walsall who are desperately seeking Behaviour Support Officers, to work within Upper Key Stage 2 supporting pupils 121 who have challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils individually to manage specific behavioural problems.
* Interventions to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
* Implement reinforcement techniques to encourage and celebrate improvements in behaviour.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Previous experience within similar roles.
* Strong understanding of behavioural management.
