Before I joined Aspire People I had just finished Sixth form. With the subjects I studied in Sixth Form it has lead me to have a good baseline understanding of the industry and through working here, I will be able to transfer those skills into helping candidates find the appropriate jobs.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I find candidates on the database, speak with them and book them in for interviews.

​What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

Working within the education sector can be demanding and challenging however, when you help a candidate find work it’s a very rewarding feeling that pushes me to want to do more and book more interviews to help more candidates get into their preferred careers.
