SEN Support Worker - StourbridgeAre you an experienced SEN Support Worker looking for a new challenge?
I am currently recruiting for a small special school based in Dudley that are seeking to appoint two new Support Workers to join their team. The positions are on a long term basis with a view to go permanent for the right person. The school are seeking passionate individuals with experience of working with SEN children.
As a Support Worker you will be working 1:1 with pupils and helping them with everyday school life. You will be an integral source of support for pupils and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged. The school is a small school which caters for children with a wide range of disabilities andl caters for pupils aged 14-20.
Although the school is quite small it is a very close knit community and everyone helps to support one another to ensure pupils thrive. The successful Support Workers will bring at least 1 years of experience to the role and a desire to work with children with SEN.
I have placed quite a few people at this School over the past year and always receive positive feed back! Most recently a Support Worker said the following… 'I just love it here, the children are so lovely and even though they can be challenging at times, I find them really endearing and so caring.'
