Supply Teachers - Flexible Roles Across Tameside SchoolsLocation: Tameside, Greater Manchester
Contract Type: Flexible (Daily Supply, Short-Term, and Long-Term Opportunities)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment, maintaining high standards of behavior and engagement.
- Provide support to students and help them stay on track with their work.
- Follow the school's policies and procedures to ensure the continuity of learning.
- Complete registers, manage student behavior, and ensure that any issues are reported back to the relevant staff members.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification/experience.
- Previous teaching experience (ideal but not essential).
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- An enthusiastic and professional attitude towards teaching.
