Will you be looking for work in the new academic year 2021-2022?
Are you looking to choose your own days of work and have a flexible work/life balance?
I work with schools in the Stratford-upon-Avon and Alcester, Warwickshire and I am currently looking to recruit teachers in these areas who wish to teach but on an ad hoc basis rather than being tied into a contract with one school. While this is not for everyone you would be surprised at the number of teachers we already have registered with us who enjoy the freedom of "cherry picking" which schools they want to work in, when they want to work and if they want to work full or part time. I desperately need supply teachers for Stratford-upon-Avon and Alcester as the demand for supply in these areas has grown phenomenally. Even if you only want 1 or 2 days a week I would be very keen to have a chat with you.

Working in a range of schools in the Warwickshire area that you want to work within allows you to build on your experiences, whilst sharing all the knowledge you have already gained to collectively make a great partnership between you and the schools. Due to the Covid pandemic our perceptions and choices have changed radically and it has been a time to reflect on many things with work being a huge consideration.
I have been working with a lot of schools in the Warwickshire area for many years now so I know how they work and the types of teachers they like. I pride myself on the service I offer my schools and they come back to me time after time.
So.........if you think you can help me and also yourself and my schools please get in touch. All I require of you is that:
You hold a QTS status
You have experience of teaching a range of different subjects
you have recent experience with the age range you want to work with
You have the ability to think on your feet
you have a love for teaching children
