Whether you have experience in secondary education, primary schools, or working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, we'd love to hear from you!
At Aspire People, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional educational support to schools across the Fenland area. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects (depending on your experience and preferences).
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Adapt to different school settings and respond to the varying needs of students.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to students and schools to help ensure the best possible learning outcomes.
Why Join Aspire People?
Flexible Opportunities: Choose between daily cover or long-term placements based on your availability and preferences.
Competitive Pay: We offer excellent pay rates and weekly pay, so you're rewarded for your hard work.
Ongoing Support: You'll be supported by a dedicated consultant who will match you with the right schools and offer continuous guidance.
Referral Scheme: Know someone who would be a great fit? Refer them to Aspire People and receive a £250 referral voucher when they successfully join the network.
Impactful Work: Have a real and positive impact on students' lives, particularly those who need the most support.
Career Development: Aspire People is committed to helping you grow professionally, offering training and advice along the way.
