Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified KS1 teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Birmingham. As a KS1 supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
Establish effective rapport with students, staff, and parents to foster a collaborative learning community.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis.
