Job Title: Supply ECT (Early Career Teacher)Start Date: September 2026
Location: Birmingham and Worcester Area
Pay: £160 per day
Aspire People is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a range of schools across the Birmingham and Worcester area, starting in September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified teachers to gain diverse classroom experience while benefiting from a flexible supply teaching role. As a Supply ECT, you'll be able to deliver engaging lessons across various year groups and build your teaching experience in different educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons across the EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students.
Provide tailored support to students to meet their individual learning needs.
Promote positive behaviour management in line with school policies.
Work with staff and leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in learning.
Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
