Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Wellingborough. As a primary supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 students.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
Establish effective rapport with students, staff, and parents to foster a collaborative learning community.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Experience teaching primary students in a primary school setting.
Good knowledge and experience teaching the UK national curriculum.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis.
