Contract Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, ASAP Start
School Type: Secondary
Do you have a passion for sports and a talent for coaching young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic Sports Coach to work at a secondary school in Newcastle under Lyme (ST5). The successful candidate will support the PE department in delivering high-quality sports lessons and extracurricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver PE lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Run extracurricular sports clubs and coach school teams.
Encourage students to participate in a range of sports and physical activities.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.
Requirements:
Experience coaching sports at a secondary school level (desirable).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A passion for promoting physical activity and well-being.
