Join Our Team as a Sports Coach in Northampton Secondary School!Are you passionate about sports and inspiring young minds? We are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach to join our team at a reputable secondary school in Northampton. As a Sports Coach, you will play a pivotal role in promoting physical activity, fostering teamwork, and nurturing talent among our students.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions tailored to students' abilities and interests.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance skill levels and overall fitness.
Motivate and encourage students to participate actively in sports activities.
Organize and supervise sports events, fixtures, and tournaments.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate sports activities into the curriculum and promote a holistic approach to education.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, or relevant coaching experience.
Demonstrated passion for sports and working with young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Organizational skills to plan and manage sports activities effectively.
Working Days: Monday and Friday
Pay Rate: £120-£200 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
