Special Needs Teacher Wanted - Daily or Long-Term Work AvailableAre you a qualified and compassionate educator with a passion for supporting students with special needs? Aspire are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher for both daily and long-term assignments. If you have QTS and a DBS on the Update Service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).
Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student.
Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure success.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
A valid DBS check registered on the Update Service.
Experience working with children with special needs or a strong commitment to SEN education.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
Flexibility to take on either daily or long-term teaching roles.
