We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Teacher to plan and deliver inclusive, high-quality education for pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour's. The successful candidate will uphold professional integrity, embody the EPIC values, and work collaboratively with the school community. You will ensure adherence to the Staff Code of Conduct to foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver personalized learning experiences tailored to the diverse needs of pupils, including those with communication differences, sensory processing needs, and complex learning needs.
Foster confidence and independence in students, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique strengths and challenges.
Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure students' progress and well-being.
Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students to reach their full potential.
Lead a team and offer clear guidance and support to Teaching Assistants.
Promote and share good practice throughout the school.
Requirements
A passionate and committed approach to supporting students with SEND, PMLD, and similar needs.
Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment where students feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to communicate, explore, and thrive.
A minimum of two years' experience working in a SEND, PMLD, or SLD (Severe Learning Disabilities) unit/provision.
QTS/QTLS is highly advantageous.
