Job description
Are you a maintenance professional seeking a new career within a school setting? A school near Coleshill, Birmingham need a Site manager / Caretaker to start as soon as possible.This role is based in a Secondary School near Coleshill, Birmingham and will be an immediate start. The role will consist of 8am until 4pm and is ongoing.
If you are experienced within maintenance and want to move into a school setting this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door.
Duties include;
* Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the school
* Ensure specified maintenance is carried out
* Various cleaning tasks and inspections
* Report and record any repairs and ensure they are carried out in a safe and timely fashion
* Fire alarm testing
* Opening and locking premises
