SEND Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Telford📍 Telford
💷 £90-£105 per day
We are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants for secondary schools in Telford. You will support students with special educational needs, working 1:1 or in small groups to help them access the curriculum and thrive in school.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with SEND
Support behavioural, emotional, and learning development
Work with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Help manage classroom behaviour and support inclusion
Requirements:
Experience supporting SEND students in schools or similar settings
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
