About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role will involve providing tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering tailored learning programs for students with SEN
Support individual students or small groups during class activities
Help students develop social, communication, and academic skills
Work alongside the class teacher to monitor progress and provide feedback
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Support with personal care and wellbeing when required
About You:
Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable (but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, caring, and dedicated to improving the lives of young learners
A good understanding of the needs of students with various educational challenges
A willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the school community
