SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School, WarwickWe're looking for a passionate and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school team. This role focuses on supporting children with Autism and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), helping them grow, learn, and thrive every day.
What You'll Do:
Support pupils with Autism and PMLD in class and one-to-one settings.
Help plan and deliver tailored learning activities.
Encourage positive behaviour and social skills.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to meet individual needs.
Track and celebrate pupil progress.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEND, especially Autism and PMLD.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping children succeed.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt approaches and resources to individual pupils.
