Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Coventry
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in supporting primary-aged students with special educational needs.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students engage with the curriculum.
Foster a positive, nurturing environment to help children develop confidence and independence.
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to ensure tailored learning plans are followed.
Monitor and track students' progress, offering feedback and suggestions for development.

Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting (though not essential).
A patient, empathetic approach with a commitment to making learning accessible for all.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude to teamwork.
