Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Support primary-aged pupils with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis, catering to individual needs.
Work with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.
Assist teachers and the SENDCo with creating and implementing personalised learning plans, behaviour strategies, and targeted interventions.
Use creative, sensory, and play-based activities to help pupils engage with learning.
Foster positive behaviour, emotional regulation, self-confidence, and independence.
Collaborate closely with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure the most effective support is in place.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with SEND, ideally in a primary or specialist school, though those with care sector or residential experience are encouraged to apply.
A patient, kind, resilient, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting young learners.
Someone who can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who need extra support and structure.
A team player who communicates effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and overall pupil wellbeing.
Must be able to provide professional references and hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Pay rates between £13.50 and £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
