SEND Teaching Assistant - Handsworth, BirminghamAre you experienced with special educational needs and looking to start a new role from September?
I am currently recruiting for a school in Handsworth in Birmingham that are seeking to appoint a TA for their school. The role is a mixed general whole class TA and 1-1 TA working with 2 other TA's on a rota system so the children can get used to being around a range of staff. There are 4 children that need 1-1 support, one has a minor physical disability and needs to be supervised whilst going to the toilet and the other 3 have low level ASD who need learning support-no behavioural needs.
What you need:
*DBS on the Update Service OR permission for us to process one for you
*Experience with SEND
*Ability to get references to cover the last two years (If you have been out of employment for the past 2 years+ you will still have to have a previous referenceable role)
*Confident with personal care
