Aspire People is collaborating with a number of schools across Oswestry that is actively seeking dedicated and empathetic Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their team. They have openings for both part-time and full-time positions.
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse special educational needs. Your responsibilities will encompass providing personalized support, assisting with classroom activities, and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) to ensure each child reaches their maximum potential.
Requirements:
Essential experience working with children with special educational needs.
A patient, empathetic nature, and a sincere passion for addressing the unique needs of every child.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
While relevant qualifications in education or special needs support are desirable, they are not essential.
