Aspire People is on the lookout for exceptional SEND Teachers to work in schools across Stoke-on-Trent. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to students with a range of learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual student needs.
* Develop and implement IEPs.
* Collaborate with support staff and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to education.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience working in an SEND environment.
* Strong knowledge of SEND practices and legislation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
